Processing

Orders are processed after payment has been confirmed. Most orders are prepared for dispatch within 2–5 business days.

Processing may take longer during busy periods, holidays, or when an item needs to be sourced before dispatch. 

Delivery

Delivery times depend on the destination, shipping method, product, and logistics provider. Your estimated delivery time will be shown at checkout where available.

Because Hush & Shine works with international fulfillment partners, delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees. 

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you tracking information by email.

Tracking may take a little time to become active after the parcel leaves the fulfillment facility.

Delays

Occasionally, delivery may take longer because of customs inspections, weather, strikes, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

We’ll do our best to assist you if your order is significantly delayed.
